1、初擰扳手，可用電動(dòng)扳手也可用手動(dòng)帶響扳手。但無論用哪種扳手施工前都進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，以便控制初擰扭距值。手動(dòng)扳手作為終擰工具時(shí)，每班進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，并做好標(biāo)定記錄。

2、終檸板手：扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓是一種自標(biāo)量型螺栓，因此終擰只須把高強(qiáng)螺栓尾部螺栓頭擰掉即可，扳手不用標(biāo)定。

3、終擰緊固時(shí)應(yīng)注意，待梅花頭全部套入套筒后，才能按下電動(dòng)扳手開關(guān)，若內(nèi)套筒只套入梅花頭尺寸的1/3～1/2長度時(shí)按下電動(dòng)扳手開關(guān)，將會造成梅花頭打滑，并且影響套筒的使用壽命。

4、緊固時(shí)，終擰電動(dòng)扳手應(yīng)和構(gòu)件摩擦面保持垂直，扳手傾斜是很容易導(dǎo)致螺栓尾部梅花頭打滑，并易卡殼。
